Every order is baked in a small batch for the date it is going out, then iced, packed and tied the same morning it leaves.
It is a short list made properly, rather than a long one made in advance. If something is not possible for your date, you will be told straight away.

How far in advance should I order?
Everything is baked to order in small batches, so earlier is better, especially before Shabbos and Yom Tov. Message with your date and you will be told straight away whether it can be done.
Do you make boxes for Shabbos, Yom Tov and celebrations?
Yes. Gift boxes are put together for Shabbos, Yom Tov, birthdays, thank-yous and mazel tovs, subject to what is being baked that week.
